Egg-less Chocolate Chip Cookies
3/4 C Butter Crisco 2 C flour 1¼ C Brown Sugar 1 tsp salt 2 T Milk ¾ tsp baking soda 1 T Vanilla 1 cup choc chip 1 T Vinegar 1 T water 1 tsp baking soda
Mix Crisco, brown sugar, milk and vanilla. In separate bowl mix vinegar, water, and 1 tsp of baking soda. Add to mixture and mix well. Mix in salt and baking soda. Mix in flour one cup at a time. Add chocolate chips. Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes.
Egg-less Snickerdoodles
½ c of each shortening, butter 1 tsp cream of tartar 1 ½ c sugar 1 tsp baking soda 2 tsp baking soda ¼ tsp salt 2 T vinegar 2 T sugar 2 T water 2 tsp cinnamon 2 ¾ c flour
Preheat oven to 400. Mix butter, shortening, 1 ½ c sugar. In a separate bowl add vinegar, water, and baking soda. Add to mixture. Blend in flour, cream of tartar, soda, and salt. Shape into balls and roll into 2 T sugar and cinnamon mixture. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes
Egg-less Funfetti Cookies
¾ c butter2 ¼ c flour
¾ c brown sugar1 tsp baking soda
¼ c sugar ½ tsp salt 1 3.4 oz box of vanilla pudding ¼ c sprinkles 1 tsp vanilla ¾ c yellow cake mix 1 tsp baking soda 1 T vinegar 1 T water
Mix butter, sugars, pudding, cake mix and vanilla together.In a separate bowl mix 1 tsp of baking soda, vinegar, and water together then add to other mixture.Add remaining dry ingredients and mix well.Add sprinkles.Bake at 350 for 10-12min.
Cupcakes (these have to be made and can not be purchased from a store)
1 box cake mix (chocolate, vanilla, or yellow) 1 can of your choice of soda
Empty the cake mix into a mixing bowl along with the can of soda. Mix well. Pour into cupcake liners, or cake pan and bake according to package directions.
