Tuition

We have several different payment methods for you to choose from to pay your weekly tuition.  Here are the options currently available to you: cash, check, money order, credit card, ACH Automatic Monthly Payments via checking account, savings account, or credit card which will draft on the 5th of each month, or by setting up online self initiated payments through MyProcare.com.  

If you want to self initiate monthly, bi-weekly, or weekly payments online by checking, savings, or credit card, you have to do that manually each time a payment is needed.  The online system does not have an automatic payment option.  To log in to MyProcare follow these simple steps:

  1. Go to http://www.MyProcare.com 

  2. Enter the email address you have on file with Creative Center for Young Children and choose GO

  3. Enter the confirmation code sent to your email, choose a password, and choose GO

  4. Then you may see your account information and make a payment.

If you want to pay automatically each month by credit card, checking, or savings then you must fill out the Tuition Express form.  That will automatically draft each month on the 5th.  

We have a one-time, per family, registration fee of $100.

Van Gogh Intercession Billing Policy

Intercession care is based on a first come first serve basis, with priority given to regularly enrolled Van Gogh students. Sign up is done in advance via a form emailed directly to you.  You will be billed and are responsible for paying for the days/weeks which you have reserved. If you need additional days once you have submitted your initial schedule, it may be available depending upon space available for those days.  Regular after-school tuition is billed for all holidays except Christmas Day, New Year’s Day and the 4th of July. In addition, only scheduled days and days attended will be billed for intercession days that are partial school weeks, such as conference days or teacher in service trainings
